Anybody know if the game will be broadcast online?
Juneau gets on scoreboard first with a TD pass from Fenumiai. WV answers back with a long run, PAT blocked. 7-6 Juneau lead midway through the 1st quarter.
Blocked punt leads to WV safety with just over a minute to play in 1st.
TD Campos from 51 yards out. Two point conversion good. 15-8 JDHS with 5 minutes left in 2nd quarter.
Second TD toss from Fenumiai following a WV fumble. 22-8 JDHS with 3 and a half to play in the first half.

22-8 JDHS halftime lead.
After another WV fumble (3 TO in the game) JDHS scores to extend their lead to 29-8.
A West Valley loss could make things very interesting for the conference title. WV plays Skyview next week, Juneau plays Lathrop, and Wasilla plays Palmer. If Juneau and Wasilla both win, it creates a 3-way tie for first, with the tiebreaker to be decided by defensive points.
Yep - and with WV needing to score at least 39 points tonight to put that tie-breaker in Wasilla's favor (or Lathrop could do that.... nope).
Pretty close to a done deal unless WV pulls of a miracle here. Seeds for playoffs will be:
Juneau will probably host West Anchorage
WV will probably host East Anchorage
Wasilla would play at South
Palmer will play at Service
Should be interesting.....
29-8 end of 3 quarters. West Valley is not playing like the team that has stormed through the 2011 season.
As a side note: numerous players going down. WV player taken away in ambulance, Campos' helmet has been taken from him (apparent leg injury), many others getting banged around including Fenumiai. Not so bad if you're WV and have a non-conference next week. Juneau has Lathrop and should be a sure win but needs to play well.
As far as playoffs go: West could be a very dangerous team with their spread passing attack. I think the East-WV could be a good game, but playing in the chilly interior should favor WV. Wasilla could have a good chance of beating South. I don't see Palmer having the horses to hang the whole game with Service.
If Palmer beats Wasilla (not unlikely), then they would switch spots. I think Wasilla could give Service a run for their money in a shootout. Nobody has really slowed Wasilla down lately. And Palmer could definitely beat South.
Wait n see.....
